These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Zera Studio, the AI video editing Android application provided by ZERA AI ("Zera AI," "we," "our," or "us"), together with this website.

By installing or using Zera Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Zera Studio Is

Zera Studio is an AI-powered video editing application for Android. You provide a reference video and your own video clips, the app analyzes them, and it generates an edited video that you can preview and export.

The AI editing functionality runs in the Android application. Our website is an informational company and product website and does not provide video editing in the browser.

3. Ongoing Development

Zera Studio is publicly available and usable today, and it is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves, and you may encounter errors or interruptions.

4. Price

Zera Studio is currently free to use. We do not offer paid subscription plans at this time. If pricing is introduced in the future, these Terms and the app listing will be updated before any charge applies to you.

5. Eligibility

Zera Studio is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or under 16 where a higher minimum age is required by local law. By using the app you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age.

6. Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may delete your account at any time. See our Account Deletion Policy for in-app and email options.

7. Your Content

• You keep ownership. You retain all rights you already hold in the video clips, audio, images, and text you add to the app. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Limited processing permission. You grant us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the editing service to you — for example, uploading, analyzing, assembling, rendering, and returning your edited video.
• Your responsibility. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload, including any music, footage, or images owned by someone else.
• No monetization of your media. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or private video media.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zera Studio to:

• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, or content that incites violence against others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the app, our accounts, or our processing infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the app's source code or models, except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, or provide the service to third parties as your own service.

9. Distribution and Third-Party Services

Zera Studio is distributed through Google Play, and your installation and use of the app is also subject to Google Play's own terms. As described in our Privacy Policy, we use cloud infrastructure and machine learning processing services to deliver editing functionality.

10. Service Availability

Because Zera Studio is under continuous development, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, including during maintenance or as the product develops.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zera Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Automated editing results depend on the footage and reference material you provide, and we do not guarantee that a generated edit will meet a specific creative expectation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zera AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Zera Studio, including loss of data or lost project work. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We recommend keeping your own copies of any original footage that matters to you.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Zera Studio at any time and may delete your account as described in our Account Deletion Policy. We may suspend or terminate access where it is necessary to address a breach of these Terms, protect other users, or comply with a legal obligation.

14. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of Zera Studio.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continuing to use Zera Studio after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
